Staverton celebrated the Queen's Platinum Jubilee with a number of events starting with the Beacon Lighting on Thursday 2nd June and finishing with The Big Jubilee Lunch on Sunday 5th June. Full details of the events were in the Staverton Celebrates brochure which was delivered to all households in the village.

The winners of the various competitions were: Mia Such - Princess; Tina Pearce Cyreth - Best Dressed House; Hugh and Carole Lindsay - Treasure Hunt; Hugh Lindsay -  Pom Poms on the green (751, Hugh put 750).
